A Little Bit More About Me ...

I have worked as a health coach and health education content creator for the last ten years and as a faith-based health coach working specifically with survivors of trauma/complex trauma for the last two years. My ultimate goal is to complete courses as a Certified Biblical Coaching as well as a Certified Traditional Naturopath (CTN) with Trinity School of Natural Health (trinityschool.org) and then obtain an international board certification as a “Doctor of Naturopathy” with the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners.

This whole process will take approximately 2-3 years. After schooling and credentialing is complete, my goal is to work as a faith-based Certified Traditional Naturopath. I intend to specifically address the physical health needs of survivors of trauma/complex trauma as well as others through Transformations Community (transformations.community) and my own individual practice.

The need for health care professionals today who possess both the clinical knowledge and the spiritual wisdom to truly serve those with complex trauma is great. In gaining more knowledge in both these areas, I hope to truly be able to advocate for and gently guide others in stepping into vital health and true identity as God intended.
