I totally get it because, not too long ago, I was right there where you are now. Bottom line, you need a way to stay "low stress" in your body and in your rig too!
This exactly why I began to create systems and routines to make life on the road as low stress and healthy as possible for myself, my fur baby and traveling partner "Ms D" (picture below), and our trusty rig "Winnie the Pugh."
As I started to experience success (and less stress) from these systems, hacks, and tips, I naturally wanted to share them with others. That was when The Gentle Healthy Traveler was born!
